This beautiful country estate is located in an excellent area between the towns of Amery Wi and Balsam Lake Wi. An easy commute from the twin cites of Minneapolis/St. Paul and you enter a world of nature and serenity. Once a working dairy farm, the operations have long ended. There remains a large pole barn I estimate to be 60x120 (but please verify). And a three sided machine shed where a tenant farmer currently stores some equipment. The old barn and garage are collapsed. I noticed remnant fencing which once held the owners horses. A number of trails have been cut around the homestead and there are excellent elevated building sites within eye shot of Brusher lake. Brusher is about 67 ac in size and has a maximum depth of 17 feet. I saw ducks and geese on my tour so perhaps some good waterfowl hunting could be had. Currently in corn, there is also grass habitat with bees and butterflies and timber on the north end. May set up well for a subdivision. Sold "As Is".
